Join our Online Gallery! Members of the East Greenwich Art Club are invited to be part of this exciting new program. Place your work on our web site and enjoy all the benefits of group advertising and showcasing that our organization has to offer.

Here's what you'll get ...

• One profile page including your name, a brief biography or statement, and contact information (including e-mail & web site hyperlinks).
• Up to 12 "thumbnail" photos of your work, each linked to a full page display with title, size, medium, and pricing (optional) information.

INSTRUCTIONS:

To join the East Greenwich Art Gallery:

1. Submit Your Artist Profile
   Complete the form below and click on the "Submit Application" button to send your information to our webmaster.
2. Submit Your Payment
   Once you complete the form below to submit your profile, you will be prompted to pay the one-time gallery application fee of $50. You may pay online by credit card using our secure PayPal payment system or by check/money order to the address specified.
3. Submit Your Photos
   Send a maximum of 12 digital photos, pre-cropped as needed and saved at 72-100 dpi in jpg format. Each image should be sized at 640 pixels (maximum height or width). Send your photos one at a time to webmaster@eastgreenwichartclub.org and be sure to include the work's title, size, medium, and pricing (optional) information in each e-mail.

To keep your page fresh, we also offer a photo switch service. Simply send your new photo(s) to webmaster@eastgreenwichartclub.org as directed above, specifying which image is to be replaced. We'll replace your photos as often as you like for the low cost of $5 per photo switch. You will be billed by the webmaster (MouseWorks.net) for photo switch work.
